About the Portal
When parents or guardians log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, they see information about each of their students. Class schedules, assignments and grades can be viewed. E-mail hyperlinks facilitate communication with classroom teachers and attendance information is available. The Parent Portal also allows report cards and unofficial transcripts to be viewed online and printed.
Instructions for using the Portal
Download the Parent Portal Guidebook (PDF, 800k) for instructions on how to log in and access up-to-date information about your student’s attendance, grades, etc.

For additional help
If you have problems setting up an account for yourself and you have double checked the steps in the Parent Portal Guidebook, or if you find errors on the page for your Family Demographic Information, parents of high school students should contact Shelly Weston at the High School at 254-6446. Parents of middle school students should contact Pam Leonard at the Middle School at 254-6616. Parents of Orion students should contact Lydia Williams at 254-6711. Parents of Elementary students should contact the elementary school office. Keep in mind that only guardians are able to access the information of a student. If you are not a guardian, you will not have your own activation code.
If you forget your username or password, parents of High School students should contact Carla Chamberlain at cchamberlain@gpsk12.net or call (616)254-6438 and she will e-mail you the username and password to the e-mail address you have provided the school. If you do not have an e-mail account on file, you must see Carla Chamberlain in person and provide proper identification. Parents of Middle School students should contact Joyce Horowski at jhorowski@gpsk12.net(616)254-6676. Parents of Orion students should contact Lydia Williams at lwilliams@gpsk12.netor (616)254-6711. Parents of Elementary students should contact the Elementary School office. 
If you are having technical problems with the portal, you may contact our Grandville Public School’s help desk by e-mailing helpdesk@gpsk12.net or by calling (616)254-6585. Please understand that there is up to a 3 day turn-around time for a response and the help desk cannot service your home computer.
