Lap & Open Swim & Aqua Aerobics

**Pools will be closed at 7:00 a.m. on November 21 until 5:45 a.m. on November 23 and closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1, 2013.**

SENIOR AQUA AEROBICS
Low - Medium Intensity
This class is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, and increase flexibility. This workout will give participants a low to moderate cardiovascular workout. Great music, good friends, and lots of enthusiasm is what you will find when you participate in this exercise class!
Punch Passes: $20/10 visits or $40/20 visits (purchased at Community Education office)
Days/Location: Tuesdays -- Middle School Pool
Thursdays - High School Pool
Times: 10:30 am – 11:30 am (No class on Nov.22, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1, 2013)
COMBO AQUA AEROBICS
Medium-High Intensity
Aquatone uses both the deep and shallow areas of the pool to give you a great medium/high-impact workout. Instructors will use a variety of class formats and equipment to help increase cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, tone, and flexibility.
Punch Passes: $40/10 visits (purchased at Community Education office)
Days/Location: Mondays & Wednesdays – Middle School Pool
Times: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (No class November 21, December 24, 26, 31, 2012)

Class hours: 2 1/2 per session
Registration fee: $50 non-refundable, due at time of registration
Two days per week: $650.00
Three days per week: $850.00
Four days per week: $1,050.00
(*Great Start Readiness Preschool is a tuition-free program funded by a Michigan Department of Education grant. The child and/or family must meet two of 8 eligibility factors to qualify)

Golden Age Cards AvailableIf you are at least 60 years old and completely retired, and live within the Grandville Schools District, call the Grandville Public Schools’ Community Education Office at 254-6553 to receive your Golden Age Card. The card entitles you to free admission to home athletic events at Grandville Public Schools.Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if we have to cancel a class. NO refunds will be given after the class starts unless due to an injury or medical reason with a Dr. note. We do not pro-rate any of our classes.
